Full redesigning of a 16th century masia (catalan country house) in the beautiful Baix Empordà – Costa Brava region. The building was in very poor condition. Except for the roof and the external walls, almost every construction element was stripped off and had to be redone. From floors and ceilings to new wooden slabs, windows and stairs. The end product reveals a traditional exterior but once you step inside you discover a contemporary and cozy 5 bedroom home.

Full refurbishment of a 4 bedroom apartment in the Barcelona neighborhood of Sarrià. All the internal walls of the downgraded 60’s apartment were demolished to create a more contemporary layout. The hallways and corridors disappeared to incorporate a media room and a work-from-home office that blend the public and private areas of the apartment. An industrial looking semi-open kitchen and a south-facing terrace include family seating for social entertaining.
