Masia in Costa Brava – Baix Empordà

Full redesigning of a 16th century masia (catalan country house) in the beautiful Baix Empordà – Costa Brava region. The building was in very poor condition. Except for the roof and the external walls, almost every construction element was stripped off and redone. From floors and ceilings to new wooden slabs, windows and stairs. The end product reveals a traditional exterior but once you step inside you discover a contemporary and cozy 5 bedroom home.
