Barcelona Sarria penthouse
Full refurbishment of a 4 bedroom apartment in the Barcelona neighborhood of Sarrià. All the internal walls of this 70’s apartment were demolished to create a more contemporary and functional layout. A home office was created eliminating the corridors and useless spaces. A large terrace overlooking the city blends with the living area bringing generous amounts of light into the space. 3 bedrooms complete this urban dwelling with breathtaking Tibidabo views.
Barcelona Sarrià Apartment
Full refurbishment of a 4 bedroom apartment in the Barcelona neighborhood of Sarrià. All the internal walls of the downgraded 60’s apartment were demolished to create a more contemporary layout. The hallways and corridors disappeared to incorporate a media room and a work-from-home office that blend the public and private areas of the apartment. An industrial looking semi-open kitchen and a south-facing terrace include family seating for social entertaining.
Beach House in Portugal
New construction beach house with simple and clean lines designed to enjoy a laid-back lifestyle. The house is designed around a central courtyard sheltered from local winds and has an infinity swimming pool with stunning ocean views. Surrounded by 14 hectars of pristine and untouched nature, the house features an open plan living and kitchen layout complete with shaded outdoor seating that allows for serious joie-de-vivre moments.
Lisbon Graça Apartment
Complete refurbishment of an old 1940’s apartment in the Lisbon neighborhood of Graça. Original features were blended with contemporary ones such as the wall panelling in the living areas and the open plan kitchen.
Barcelona Eixample Apartment
Full remodelling of a 19th century aparment in the heart of the Art Nouveau district in Barcelona. Stunning and colorful mosaic floors and ornate stucco ceilings mix with contemporary spaces to create the ultimate urban experience.
Lisbon Sao Vicente Apartment
Complete refurbishment of a small 19th century apartment in the Lisbon neighborhood of Graça Sao Vicente. Original features were left exposed such as structural wood frames on walls and ceilings. Living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and patio make up this cozy pied-à-terre.

Original features were left exposed such as the high window wooden shutters structural wood frames and coffered ceilings. Living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen make up this cozy pied-à-terre.
Intercontinental Fujairah Resort
Nested between the rugged Hajjar Mountains and the sandy Gulf of Oman coastline, the design of the Intercontinental Fujairah Resort is an oasis of sorts, creating a welcoming and relaxing respite. The architecture is modern and fresh, allusive to the heritage of the area without being a pastiche of it. The sea facing facade is sheltered from the strong Middle Eastern sun by recessed balconies and a set of 2 vertical screens per room bay. This project was developed in collaboration with K/M2K Architects.
